Before launching Thousand, I, a longtime cyclist, never wore a helmet. However, after losing a friend in a tragic bike accident, I realized the importance of safety. Instead of settling for unappealing helmets on the market, I decided to design one myself.

Our company, Thousand, was named with the goal of saving 1000 lives by creating helmets that people actually want to wear. The name serves as a daily reminder of our mission.

FIT NOTES: Every head is different, but our helmets' integrated dial fit system makes it simple to make small adjustments for a comfortable fit. Turn the dial clockwise to tighten or counterclockwise to loosen. You can also remove some or all of the interior fit pads without compromising the safety of the helmet to achieve your desired fit.
